The Illyria Resort & Spa is at the stage of the building permission and we anticipate a completion in 2009. Gleeds the leading British project management company have been hired by the developer as project manager assuring quality and delay!
The road to the site from the highway Tirana-Durres is currently under construction and is due to be completed in Q2 2009. Then Illyria will be only at 20 minutes of the Tirana international airport and will be the closest resort to the airport!

There are 2 types of units available. Studios of 40 m2, 1-beds of 40 m2 and 2-beds of 60 m2 (as is the custom in Albania these sizes are gross, so they include terraces and a share of common space).
